Hello, I'm James Brown, born in Leeds and live in Tadcaster. This channel is dedicated to me covering songs from different eras, different styles and different bands/artists. Classic bands/artists like The Beatles, Oasis, David Bowie, Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, The Jam, The Kinks through to modern bands/artists such as Arctic Monkeys, The Killers, Jake Bugg, The Kooks and Robbie Williams.
I currently work onboard the Cruise Ships as a full time musician so my output of uploading regular cover videos has decreased because of this, but during any spare time I have when I am back home, I will continue making videos whenever I can. I will also upload some of my original songs on occasions and I'll also do my best in covering requested songs I receive. Enjoy my videos and leave a comment, like etc.

Liam Gallagher & John Squire - Mars To Liverpool Cover
Here's a cover of Mars To Liverpool by Liam Gallagher & John Squire from their latest self titled debut album. Had a listen to the album the other week when it came out, I wasn't mad on it when first hearing it but I stuck with it and kept listening to it and it's gradually grown on me and I quite like it now. Some tracks in my opinion though are better than others, but I feel Mars To Liverpool is definitely one of the highlight songs. Liam & John Squire combining together is something I would never have expected to happen but I feel it works pretty well, nice to hear John Squire's great guitar lead skills again.

Here's a cover of another Beatles tune. This time of an incredible song; 'Eleanor Rigby' that appears on Revolver released in August 1966. Also appeared as a double A-Side alongside 'Yellow Submarine' that was released on the same day Revolver came out. A 2 minute masterpiece and one of Paul McCartney's greatest ever compositions.

I've finally got round to sorting out the MOUNTAIN of photos and videos I took throughout my time on board the Marella Discovery. I had the most incredible time during my 6 months there from December last year to June of this year. Played with so many great musicians/guest acts and met so many great people.
